2. FUNDRAISERS AND ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 Organizer Responsibility Individuals or organizations that create fundraisers
(“Organizers”) are solely responsible for:The
accuracy and truthfulness of fundraiser descriptions Obtaining
all required permissions and consents Ensuring
compliance with applicable laws and regulations Using
funds only for the stated and lawful purpose Sportsponsor.net does not independently verify
fundraisers and does not guarantee the legitimacy or success of any campaign. 2.2 Prohibited Fundraising You may not use the Services to raise funds for illegal,
deceptive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes, or for any activity prohibited
by applicable payment processor rules.
3. DONATIONS 3.1 Nature of Donations All donations made through the Site are voluntary.

payment processor. 4.2 Payment Processor Accounts Organizers may be required to create and maintain an account
with Stripe, PayPal, or another processor to receive funds. Payment processors

documentation.Failure to comply with processor requirements may result in
delayed payouts, withheld funds, or account suspension. 4.3 Fees Sportsponsor.net may charge platform or service fees. In
addition, payment processors charge their own processing fees. All applicable
fees will be disclosed prior to publishing a fundraiser or completing a
donation. 4.4 Holds, Reserves, and Charge backs Payment processors may place holds, rolling reserves, or
delays on funds, or initiate charge backs. Sportsponsor.net has no
control over these actions and is not responsible for any resulting delays or
losses.Organizers are responsible for charge backs, disputes,
reversals, refunds, and related fees.
5. TAX RESPONSIBILITY Sportsponsor.net does not provide tax, legal, or accounting
advice. Organizers are solely responsible for:Determining
tax obligations Reporting
income Issuing
receipts or acknowledgments Donors are responsible for determining whether a donation is
tax-deductible.
6. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to:Misrepresent
